Shapton's Cast iron Lapping System is designed
for flattening the full range of Shapton stones
- Pro and Glass -
to an adequate level of flatness. Coarse and
medium lapping powders are included. To add a fine lapping
powder, please check the box above.
The Cast Iron Lapping System is ideal for flattening out
coarse and medium stones. For fine grit stones, the
DGLP and DRLP are recommended.
This plate is
a larger version of the older compact lapping plate,
and does not double as a stone holder.
