Shapton Professional series for the Edge Pro - #1,500 grit stone (light blue). This stone produces a very usable edge for everyday use, and leaves a superior edge compared to sharpening steels.

This stone measures 1" x 6", and is a beefy ~5mm thick (compared to the stock 3.2mm) and comes mounted on an aluminum blank that fits perfectly in any Edge Pro sharpening system.

It is strongly recommended to dress this stone with 60-80 grit
sandpaper or the mounted 2" x 6" DMT Extra Coarse for optimum performance and flatness.
