Shapton Professional series for the Edge Pro - #15,000 grit stone (yellow). This stone leaves one of the best finishes and edges obtainable.

This stone measures 1" x 6", and is a beefy ~5mm thick (compared to the stock 3.2mm) and comes mounted on an aluminum blank that fits perfectly in any Edge Pro sharpening system.

It is strongly recommended to dress this stone with the mounted 2" x 6" DMT Extra Coarse or Coarse plate for optimum performance and flatness.
