Shapton Professional series for the Edge Pro - #2,000 grit stone (light green). This is the perfect stone for refreshing well maintained edges or for setting up an edge for polishing grits. It also produces an optimal final finish for average quality knives.

This stone measures 1" x 6", and is a beefy ~5mm thick (compared to the stock 3.2mm) and comes mounted on an aluminum blank that fits perfectly in any Edge Pro sharpening system.

It is strongly recommended to dress this stone with 60-80 grit
sandpaper or the mounted 2" x 6" DMT Extra Coarse for optimum performance and flatness.
