The Jende Sushi Knife Roll is exactly like our regular knife roll, but is 4 inches wider to accommodate the extra long knives sushi chefs often have. This bag holds yanagis and debas up to to 600mm long in total with their sayas.
This stunning roll is 100% artisan made, and holds 16 knives in all - 6 small, 6 medium and 4 large and includes 2 custom leather storage pouches for keys, phones, wallets, or thermometers and tweezers. Using high quality oiled leather, the bag has a distinguished, yet rugged look of antique luggage that will age beautifully over time.
Dimensions: 24.8" (63 cm) wide x 31.5" (80 cm), and can accommodate knives up to approx. 23.5" (60 cm) in total length.
This is built to last a lifetime. The slots are all stitched, glued and riveted; the flexible flaps are lined with waxed canvas for protection and stability; the handle is reinforced with unbreakable carbon fiber bar to support the weight of the knives and bag; and the belts and straps are double thickness for ultimate longevity. You can also have your roll personalized with your name, initials, and/or your logo or art design.
Our knife rolls and bags are custom made and take 2-4 weeks to make - but it's worth the wait! Leather color may vary slightly.
